Acute Care Nurse Practitioner - Pain Management

Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is seeking a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Interventional Pain Management team in Bangor, Maine. In this position, you will play a critical role in helping to alleviate the debilitating pain that your patients live with, often preventing them from doing daily activities. Details:

• (4) 10-hour workdays with no call and no weekends
• Great mix of inpatient and outpatient work with opportunity to do procedures
• Follow patients to identify responses to procedures and determine a continued plan of care as well as medication management
• Assist in triaging patient referrals
• Round on inpatients with pump implants for cancer pain
