We've launched with a successful telehealth platform and are now expanding into in-person services to meet increasing patient demand. Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide part-time, in-house primary care services at our physical clinic location. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a dynamic, startup environment and eager to grow with our team. You will work closely with our telehealth and administrative teams to ensure seamless continuity of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based care for walk-in patients with acute and chronic conditions
Perform physical exams, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications
Collaborate with telehealth providers to ensure continuity between virtual and in-person care
Document visits accurately in our EHR system
Participate in developing and refining clinical protocols and workflows
Help build a welcoming and efficient clinical environment as we scale
Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted license to practice as an NP or PA in the state of Maine
Board certification (e.g., AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
DEA license (or eligible to obtain)
Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in a primary care, urgent care, or walk-in setting preferred
Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
Comfort with technology and electronic medical records
Entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility to grow with a developing clinical model
Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time: [e.g., 2–3 days/week or flexible schedule]
