Small town health clinic dealing with Attention Deficit Disorder/ Substance Abuse Disorder. Run by family that has been in this business for years. Patients have been with us in other practices and new through word of mouth. Pay would be per patient with provider being decider on how long you spend with them, how many patients per hour, whether to discharge patient due to non compliance and scheduling either in person or telehealth and to fit around another job you  have.
