Penobscot Community Health Care is seeking experienced board-certified Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates to join Maine’s Largest Federally Qualified Health Center. Penobscot Community Health Care offers 17 practice sites and service locations throughout Bangor, Brewer, Old Town, Belfast, and Jackman. Work in 

Ask about full- or part-time opportunities. Full-time roles are planned for 40 hours per week, with 34 patient contact hours. Four and five day per week schedules are available in outpatient primary care clinic settings.
